Powered by Metropolitan | In partnership with Basecamp Business Incubator
Across Namibia, aspiring entrepreneurs are sitting with ideas that could become viable businesses, create livelihoods and solve real problems. What they often need isn’t another idea. They need the right push, practical guidance and an opportunity to test whether what they are building can work.
Metropolitan Founders Ignite was created to provide that spark.
Powered by Metropolitan and delivered in partnership with Basecamp Business Incubator, Founders Ignite is a practical entrepreneurship development programme designed to help aspiring and early-stage founders move from idea to validation, incubation and pitch readiness.
Founders Ignite takes participants through a progressive development pathway designed to strengthen both the founder and the business they are building.

Test before you build.
Over three weeks, participants move from an early idea towards a validated and refined offering through practical customer discovery and market testing.
Founders will learn to identify and test their riskiest assumptions, engage real potential customers, use feedback to strengthen their offering and develop the foundations of a go-to-market strategy.
The Hunt Programme includes six live virtual sessions — two sessions per week — alongside practical assignments and customer validation activities.
6 – 14 October 2026
Turn evidence into a compelling story.
Participants who demonstrate strong validation will refine their pitches and submit formal pitch decks for consideration. Successful founders will be selected to progress to the next stage of the programme.
